A kereru or NZ wood pigeon launching itself out of the top of a tawa. I had just finished mowing the lawns when two kereru landed in the tawa. I raced inside and got my camera and had only just zoomed in on one of them when it took off catching me a bit by surprise which is why I failed to get the full bird in the image however I love the graphic detail of it's wings against the blue sky.

Delivery: The image will be printed to order. Allow 5 to 12 business days for delivery in New Zealand and 6 to 16 business days for international deliveries. Free delivery within New Zealand.
