The Common Blue Butterfly
It's been a good summer for the common blue butterfly this year. We've had large numbers of these beautiful little butterflies in our garden since January, flying low over the lawn and feeding on various flowers in the borders. Soul Presence: Sunrise Over New Plymouth
The dawn is a special time of day for me. Of course, as a photographer, dawn and dusk are the magic times of day when the soft touch of the low lying sun brings colour to life but its more than that. When I watch the sun rise I feel some other level of awareness growing within me, an inner expansiveness as if the sun is somehow rising within me.
